HOW TO RETURN YOUR PARCEL BY POST

Take a selfie and tag us on your socials for a repost!
Step 2
NO NEED TO CLEAN
Please do not wash or dry clean - we do all that for you!
Simply fold the worn garment(s) and place in our provided prepaid return satchel.
step 3
RESEAL
Reseal the provided prepaid return satchel securely.
If you have misplaced your return satchel bag, please kindly contact our customer service team at info@fashionforrent.com.au
Step 4
RETURN DAY
Lodge behind the counter at your nearest Post Office on the rental return due date by 12pm AEST. Please keep a record of the lodgement receipt for proof of return. Do not place in the yellow express post box OR opt for return to sender or charges will apply*
Please note If your return due date falls on a Sunday or public holiday, you may return by post the following business day by 12pm AEST. In the unlikely event that you return your rental item back late, you will incur late fees.

RETURNING YOUR ITEM WITHOUT OUR PROVIDED SATCHEL BAG?
Address your satchel to the below address. Send through the tracking number and proof of lodgement receipt to contact@fashionforrent.com.au - provide your order number in the subject title.

Drop off on the rental return due date after confirming the time of your drop off at the 0415845536. In the unlikely event that you drop off your rental item back late, you will incur late fees.
