For renting an item online, please make sure you click Dispatch Date and Return Date seperately. 3. make sure your Dispatch Date and the Return Date are falling within weekdays (not weekends). We offer a 30-minute appointment for a fitting or consultation, with a fee of $50 AUD. If you choose to proceed with a rental selection, this amount will be credited towards the cost of your choice.

If you do not proceed with any selection on the day of your appointment, the $50 fee is non-refundable.

You can book an appointment for more than 30 minutes by adding multiple 30-minute time slots one a time to your cart until you reach the desired total duration.
